I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), psychological disorders, domestic violence, anger, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self-harming behaviors, suicidal prevention, and, more importantly, addressing psychosocial stressors.

I am a provisional psychologist based in Edmonton, Alberta. My clinical journey has been shaped by experience in multidisciplinary settings. in the field of mental heath and addictions services. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health and concurrent presentations, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-harm suicidal ideation, relational stressors, and personality disorders. I have worked with adults, youth, and families, in individual and group format.
I provide a compassionate space for individuals and groups to engage in meaningful growth through frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
